Required Documents

1. Application Form
2. One copy of bachelor’s degree certificate (diploma)
3. One copy of bachelor’s degree transcript
4. One 1-inch photographs taken no more than six months prior to application date
5. One copy of identification card or passport
6. Evidence of any change of name (if applicable)
7. Letters of recommendations from 2 academic referees
8. A letter of recommendation from the supervisor that the applicants have working experience in the position for the period stated in the actual application.
   If an applicant has graduated from a university abroad, the applicant must submit the following additional documents;
9. A Letter of Confirmation on Standard Curriculum for Bachelor's Degree from the Commission on Higher Education, Ministry of Education. This letter can be obtained by submitting a request along with a copy of a complete transcript directly to the Bureau of Standards and Evaluation at the Commission on Higher Education, Ministry of Education.
10. Verification of Bachelor's Degree and Master’s Degree (if applicable) completion from your institute (for international applicants only). This must be sent directly to:
